R.M. Jones, M.D.
To Rick Johnson, P.T., and staff,
Just a short not e to say thanks and to express my appreciiation for the very enjoyable association with each of ou during my physical therapy sessions. You have a wonderful group of concerned and caring workers, and your smiles and pleasant approach made each session of therapy an enjoyable, satisfying, and rewarding experience.
As a physician i learned during years of practice, how challenging it can be to make each patient content and happy during times of physical stress-- yet i never saw any one of you who wasn't totally involved in making every patient satisfied and happily accepting their mode of treatment.
Thanks for you efforts in my behalf and for the memories of a wonderful, patient and kind and devoted group of helpers.

I recently graduated, having rehab from rotator cuff surgery. Your office is very well run. The aids did not let me sit very long, and kept me running through exercises for my shoulder. All of the aids did a super job. They were always aware, of which patients needed what exercise. I mainly worked wtih PT Michael. He really knows his "stuff", and (I) feel he was ahuge asset to my quick recovery. I am playing golf or pickleball everyday, and have very little pain. Michael is a great guy, and always seemed to know what to work on, and when. Your office was always "very friendly", as well as very knowledgeable.
Thanks to the whole staff. The first day i came in, i was in a lot of pain, but the staff kept me positive.
Thanks again, m., and i will see Michael on the pickleball courts.

Just wanted to say "thank you" to both of you for helping T. get back to legion baseball. He was good to go the week of State Legion and was able to play the whole tournament. He was still a bit tight but didnt have any problems each day.
Even though our team didnt win... it was awesome for him to play.
Thanks again.
R. Herrick (cervical back pain patient comments)
"It's really nice to have a place to come where you can get taken care of when you have a problem. I really appreciate the effort that they put forth on my behalf to get my body back online again and feeling great. It's a chance to feel that somebody is really taking care of me and they really did a good job and i really appreciate it."
J. Dove (back pain patient and recipient of The Back Chair use)
"After using The Back Chair i just felt so much better, it felt like i used muscles that i wasn't using before in all the other physical therapy i went through. I just felt so good after it. It was a great thing for me that made me feel stronger and i could actually feel teh specific levels of muscles getting stronger. I also noticed that i was able to start standing more upright: stand straight up instgead of kind of hunched over. It was a great thing for me.

I arrived at Advanced (Advanced Physical Therapy), with the inability to play golf, due to a partial tear of the rotator cuff, and symptoms from three herniated discs in my neck. Following approximately 12 visits to Advanced (APT), i questioned my progress, if any. However, as a result of the therapy provided, i am back, ripping the golf ball (at least for a guy my age). Thanks for all your help.
K. Walton (back pain patient)
"I hurt my back picking up my two year old son, when this happened i had to immediately lie on the floor because the pain was so bad. I laid there for three hours till my husband came home as i was unable to get up. I finally was able to breath without pain after my first treatment at Advanced Physical Therapy. The therapist gave me some exercises and streches which i did, and continue to do. Becuase of the care i recieved and the home exercises and streches i have been able to be back pain free even through my last pregnancy which consisted of triplets."
