What Is The Schedule?

Team:               1x per week 60 min.

Individual:     2x per week 90-120 min.
                         Monday/Wednesday or
                         Tuesday/Thursday

fitness training allows your body to train beyond normal limitations! Through neurologic re-education of your muscle firing patterns we are able to make you FASt! Our state-of-the-art treadmill is specially designed to reach speeds of 28 MPH!

Saftey: Your maximum potential is obtainable in a safe atmosphere. Because of our unique un-weighted harnessing system, there is no fear of falling at high speed, so you can push your body past its natural limit.

Posture & Proprioception: Good athletes become great athletes through correct posture and enhanced proprioception. Proprioception skill training has benefited great athletes of the past and present.

Sport Specific Strength Training:
Every sport requires strength training in specific areas. Let us design a program specifically for you and your sport.

Individual:      (1-5 athletes)

                          2= $350.00 ea.
