"Helping You Help Yourself"

            The "Helping You Help Yourself" free health education seminar series is aimed at teaching you how to take care of you. These free health education seminars are hosted by Advanced Physical therapy and Applegate Home Health Care & Hospice.

             Each educational seminar is taught by the local community Opinion Leader on the topic being presented. At each seminar you can expect to recieve top notch education from qualified opinion leaders, comfortable atmosphere, highest quality presentation equipment available, and of course refreshments.

                          Due to the popularity and the limited seating available pre-registration is required.
